Pursuant to an order issued by Supreme Court of Newfoundland and Labrador in Bankruptcy and Insolvency on February 3, 2025, Karwood Contracting Ltd., Karwood Ontario Ltd., Karwood Engineering Inc., and Karwood Design Group Ltd. were granted protection under the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act, R.S.C. 1985, c. C-36, as amended, and BDO Canada Limited was appointed as monitor in the proceedings.
