BDO Canada Accessibility Plan
BDO is proud to publish our 2023-2028 Accessibility Plan. This comprehensive, multi-year plan shares the steps we are taking to remove and reduce barriers to accessibility for persons with disabilities at BDO. We are committed to listening, learning, and acting to become more accessible. We hope to inspire our people, clients, and others to do the same.
Our plan aligns with and respects the principles of the Accessible Canada Act:
- dignity;
- equal opportunities;
- barrier-free access;
- meaningful options;
- recognizing intersectionality;
- engaging people with disabilities in the development and design of our policies, programs, services, and structures; and
- achieving the highest level of accessibility.
Our Accessibility Plan will ensure that the work we undertake to become more accessible is sustainable, transparent and aligns with the areas of focus outlined in the Accessible Canada Act.
