We are on a journey to become fully accessible by 2040. This work is ongoing and guided by the requirements of the Accessible Canada Act, as well as by the lived experiences of people with disabilities.

Plan and progress

BDO’s 2023-2028 Accessibility Plan shares the steps we are taking to remove and reduce barriers to accessibility for persons with disabilities at BDO. We are committed to listening, learning, and acting to become more accessible. We hope to inspire our people, clients, and others to do the same.

Our Accessibility Plan ensures that the work we undertake to become more accessible is sustainable, transparent and aligns with the areas of focus outlined in the Accessible Canada Act. We report on our progress each year to remain transparent and accountable.
