On November 14, 2025, BDO was also appointed as the Interim Receiver and manager (the “Interim Receiver”) over all of the assets, undertakings and property of Regent Aircraft Services Inc. (“Regent”) pursuant to an order (the “Regent Aircraft Services Inc., Interim Receivership Order”). The Interim Receivership order was then extended on December 10, 2025 pursuant to the Court of King’s Bench of Alberta to February 2, 2026. The Interim Receivership order was then extended once again on January 27, 2026 pursuant to the Court of King’s Bench of Alberta to February 28, 2026. On February 27, 2026, BDO was appointed as the Receiver and manager (the “Receiver”) over all of the assets, undertakings and property of Regent Aircraft Services Inc. (“Regent”) pursuant to an order (the “Regent Aircraft Services Inc., Receivership Order”).
