On April 4, 2024, the Court of King’s Bench of Alberta (the "Court") granted an order (“Receivership Order”) appointing BDO Canada Limited as receiver (the “Receiver”) of all the current and future assets, undertakings, and property of Bereket & G Holdings Corp. (the “Company”). A copy of the Receivership Order is provided below.
The Company’s primary asset is a two-story building located at the municipal address of 10418 107 Avenue NW Edmonton Alberta (the “Property”).
