BDO Canada is pleased to announce the successful financing agreement between a chemical distributor and Crestmark Bank. The chemical distributor is a specialty chemical and raw material distribution company based in Mississauga, Ont.
BDO’s M&A and Capital Markets team acted as advisor to the chemical distributor, providing capital advisory services to the owners of the business. The transaction was completed in October 2021.
