Michael Morrow is a Partner and BDO's National Deals leader based in our Toronto office. Michael has over 25 years of professional experience providing mergers and acquisition (M&A) and capital raising services to private and publicly traded middle market companies in Canada. He is also responsible for overseeing BDO’s broader M&A service offerings, including Transaction Services, Strategy, Value Creation & Analytics, and Business Restructuring & Turnaround Services.

Michael has successfully closed over two hundred transactions representing more than $4 billion in transaction value. Michael is a member of BDO's Financial Services team, as well as the firm's Private Equity practice. He has also presented at several events focusing on business succession, M&A and capital raising.
