On December 12, 2024, Kognitiv Corporation filed a Notice of Intention to Make a Proposal (“NOI”) pursuant to Section 50.4 of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, and BDO Canada Limited has consented to act as Trustee under the Proposal.
