Receivership Proceedings

On October 15, 2024, the Court of King’s Bench of Alberta granted an order (“Receivership Order”) appointing BDO Canada Limited as receiver (the “Receiver”) of all the current and future assets, undertakings, and properties of 1823741 Alberta Ltd. (“182 AB”) and 1872806 Alberta Ltd. (the “Debtors”), and other specific equipment listed in the Receivership Order.

182 AB has historically operated as Mountain View Eco Products and Kwik-Fab Energy Services.

Bankruptcy Proceedings

On June 11, 2026, 182 was assigned into bankruptcy and BDO Canada Limited was appointed as trustee of the bankrupt estate (the "Trustee"). The first meeting of creditors is scheduled to be held via telephone conference at 10:00 am MST on June 29, 2026 (the "Meeting"). Notice of the Meeting, Statement of Affairs, proof of claim form and proxy are included in the creditor package below. To be entitled to vote at the Meeting, a creditor must lodge with the Trustee, before the Meeting, a proof of claim and, where necessary, a proxy and request the telephone conference details from the Trustee.
