On November 16, 2023, BDO Canada Limited was appointed receiver (the “Receiver”) of the assets, undertakings and properties (collectively, the “Property”) of AbleDocs Inc. and AbleDocs International Limited (collectively, “AbleDocs” or the “Company”) pursuant to an Order of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List).
