Zhen Lin (Tom) started his career with Shu Lun Pan CPAs Ltd. as early as 1994. He was qualified in 1996 as a Certified Public Accountant and in charge of the audits of state owned, foreign-invested enterprises and listed companies in various industries and undertook due diligence assignments from time to time. He has knowledge of the differences between CAS and IAS(IFRS) and is able to find effective ways to bridge gaps and solve problems.
Tom is the leading partner of international business division. He regularly works on IPOs for clients listed in China and overseas, Bshare audits and limited financial due diligence and the other services related to accounting and auditing.
