Roary is a Director in the Public Sector Strategy & Transformation practice at BDO Canada. With extensive industry experience, including a major focus on serving federal government departments and agencies, Roary is adept at leading clients through their transformation, from defining and designing to delivering the case for change. He actively works with clients to ensure long-term success and sustainability. His expertise lies in strategy and business planning, operational (e.g., capacity & capability) improvements, organizational reviews and redesign, independent project reviews, project and program management, and change management. As a result, Roary has led large, cross-functional delivery teams in multiple multi-year engagements and has successfully managed numerous large enterprise accounts for the firm. He achieves this by understanding clients’ challenges and industry trends and developing tailored strategies and solutions to meet their needs.
