Prior to joining BDO, she successfully managed her own practice, specializing in family class immigration, the live-in caregiver program, and various pathways to Canadian permanent residency.
In her role at BDO, Pavan assists both corporate and individual clients with a variety of temporary and permanent residence applications, citizenship matters, and various business and employment-based immigration categories. Her expertise includes handling applications for temporary work permits under international trade agreements such as the Canada-United States-Mexico Agreement (CUSMA), Labour Market Impact Assessments, intracompany transfers, and assisting clients in obtaining permanent residency.
Beyond her professional contributions, Pavan is also an instructor in the Immigration Case Management program at Seneca Polytechnic. Actively engaged in her local Oakville community, she served as a Regional Councillor from 2018-2022 and remains committed to volunteering for various community causes.
