He has extensive experience in corporate reorganizations and strategic tax planning pertaining to mergers and acquisitions, estate and succession planning as well as remuneration planning for business entrepreneurs. Justin helps clients strategize their business opportunities and assists them in minimizing their tax exposure by implementing flexible corporate structures.
Justin has advised a wide variety of clients such as private corporations, individuals, partnerships and trusts. He serves a number of family owned, entrepreneurial and owner-managed businesses in the real estate and construction, hotel and hospitality, automotive, professional services and manufacturing industries, acting as their trusted business advisor.
Justin is a member of the Canadian Tax Foundation including presenting and writing a paper for their 2019 Annual Canadian Tax Conference. Justin is an In-Depth Tax Facilitator with the Institute of Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada. He is also a past member of the Burlington Chamber of Commerce Young Professionals Network Committee.
