In 1989, Guy Marchessault graduated from Université du Québec à Montréal and received his CPA, CA designation in 1991. With over 25 years of experience in public accounting, he has provided assurance and accounting services as well as business valuation, business planning and financing advice to numerous organizations. His clients operate in a variety of industries, including consumer business, retail and franchise, manufacturing, pension funds, aerospace, media, telecommunications, professional services and technology, as well as not-for-profit organizations.

As the Consumer Business industry practice leader in Montreal, Guy is actively involved in various retail and franchise industry associations. He is also a member of the CPA pension plan committee from the Ordre des comptables professionnels agréés du Québec. As a former member of the Work/Life Committee of CPA Canada, Guy has also been lecturing on reconciling professional and personal obligations. He is fluent in both English and French.
