Executive summary
Gerry began his career in assessment as a summer student in the Mississauga Assessment Office, with a focus on industrial-type properties. Throughout the past 35 years he has been involved in assessment reporting and appeals of varying degrees for companies across Ontario. Gerry has represented companies of all sizes, from large automotive assembly plants to small retail.
He is a licensed Paralegal with the Law Society of Ontario and is the Chair of the Canadian Property Tax Association (CPTA), Ontario Chapter. Gerry also sits on the National Board of the CPTA. He believes it is important for everyone to get involved in whatever capacity they can with the association that they belong to in their industry.
