Franklin has assisted multinational corporations, small to medium size businesses, and individuals on various consular and U.S. based immigration petitions. He has wide-ranging experience as a U.S. immigration attorney, including employment-based immigrant and non-immigrant visas, investor visas, citizenship, and naturalization.
Franklin received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of the South, his Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami School of Law, and his Master of Business Administration from the University of Georgia, Terry College of Business. He is admitted to the Georgia and District of Columbia Bar Associations and is fluent in both English and Spanish.
