BDO Canada Transaction Advisory Services is pleased to announce that IEH Laboratories & Consulting Group (IEH) has acquired the shares of Nautilus Environmental Company Inc. (Nautilus) in an all-cash transaction. The transaction was completed in May of this year.
Nautilus is a leading provider of biological testing, consulting, and scientific research and development services focus primarily on environmental toxicity testing. Nautilus’ full-service solutions include a variety of standardized toxicity testing services for species found in water, soil, and sediments. In addition the company provides specialized testing and consulting services which includes toxicity identification evaluations, derivation of site-specific water quality objectives, development of test methods for non-standard species of interest, and treatability studies.
