Located in Lindsay, Ontario, Manley Motors operates a FCA dealership, selling new and used cars and trucks and performing routine maintenance and repairs. Hilton Manley founded what was then known as Manley’s Garage in 1933, and officially changed the name to Manley Motors in 1937. Family-owned and operated for more than 85 years, the company built an unwavering reputation in the Lindsay and surrounding community through its commitment to providing customers with a high quality, individually tailored sales and service experience. BDO Canada’s TAS Team acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Manley Motors, assisting the company’s owners throughout the entire transaction process.
