Executive Summary
Kerri Plexman is the Managing Partner, Talent & Culture for BDO Canada, and a member of the Executive Leadership Team. Kerri is responsible for leading a team dedicated to our people – BDO partners and staff – our key differentiator of how we stand out from the rest. Her role will continue to drive our culture forward, with a strategy dedicated specifically to putting our people first. This will include collaborating with the Managing Partners to understand our people’s needs across the country.
Previously, Kerri was BDO's GTA Office Managing Partner (OMP) leading a large team of partners and staff. As an Accounting and Assurance Partner, Kerri served clients ranging from mid-sized businesses to more complex, publicly listed organizations.
Kerri assisted companies with a wide range of issues including business acquisitions and purchase price allocations. She also has extensive experience working with organizations that operate in international jurisdictions. As the lead partner on various large public company audits, as well as large international audit engagements, Kerri has dealt with complex accounting and assurance issues.
Outside of the office, Kerri enjoys spending time with her family traveling or at the cottage.
