Executive Summary

Kerri is BDO’s Toronto Office Managing Partner, with over 20 years of experience providing audit, accounting advisory, and assurance services to both private and public companies. Kerri has a wide range of expertise serving clients ranging from mid-sized owner-managed businesses to more complex, publicly listed entities.

Kerri assists companies with a wide range of issues including business acquisitions and purchase price allocations. She also has extensive experience working with organizations that operate in international jurisdictions. As the lead partner on various large public company audits as well as large international audit engagements, Kerri is experienced with ASPE, IFRS and US GAAP accounting standards. Throughout her career, Kerri has dealt with complex accounting and assurance issues including financial instruments, joint arrangements and stock-based compensation matters.

As the Toronto Office Managing Partner, Kerri focuses on client relationships in the region to ensure overall client satisfaction.

Kerri is a member of BDO’s Public Company Steering Committee, and is a BDO-designated Assurance and IFRS Specialist, as well as a Quality Assurance Reviewer for the firm’s international review process. Kerri has presented at BDO’s GTA Real Estate Conference and authored Canadian Trends in Real Estate.
