On October 16, 2020, pursuant to an order (the “Receivership Order”) of the Court Of Queen's Bench For Saskatchewan In Bankruptcy And Insolvency (the “Court”), BDO Canada Limited was appointed as receiver (the “Receiver”) to exercise the powers and duties as specifically set out in the Receivership Order with respect to the assets, undertakings and properties of P.S. Electric Ltd. (the “Debtor”) acquired for, or used in relation to a business carried on by the Debtor.
