Carriage Hills and Carriage Ridge Owners Association

On January 6, 2021 BDO Canada Limited (“BDO”) was appointed by the Superior Court of Justice as Court-Appointed Receiver (the “Receiver”) of Carriage Hills Vacation Owners Association and Carriage Ridge Owners Association. A copy of the Receiver's appointment is posted hereto under the section entitled “Receivership Documents”. Documents related to BDO's former appointment as Administrator are also included on this page.

The Receiver has completed the issuance of the Final Distribution. The Receiver is not in possession of any Unclaimed Distributions.
