The BDO Canada Whistleblower Hotline allows anyone to anonymously report good faith concerns about dishonest, unethical, or illegal conduct related to BDO Canada. The Hotline is maintained by third-party service provider, ClearView Connects, an independent company that specializes in hosting whistleblower reporting systems for organizations in Canada.
The ClearView Connects system allows you to submit a report either online, by speaking to a live agent or leaving a voicemail on a secure line at 1-866-806-7533, or by regular mail at Clearview Connects, P.O. BOX 11017, Toronto, Ontario, M1E 1N0. Information provided to ClearView Connects is then sent, without any identifying information, to persons at BDO designated to review and investigate your report. If you submit a report using ClearView Connects’ online tool or by speaking to a live agent, you will be assigned a secure login/password to check the status of the report while maintaining your anonymity, and persons at BDO designated to handle your report can continue to communicate with you through the ClearView Connects platform as necessary, all without knowing your identity.
