The Mitratech Ethics Hotline system allows you to submit a report either online, by speaking to a live agent or leaving a voicemail on a secure line at 1-866-806-7533, or by regular mail at Mitratech Ethics Hotline, P.O. BOX 11017, Toronto, Ontario, M1E 1N0. Information provided to Mitratech Ethics Hotline is then sent, without any identifying information, to persons at BDO designated to review and investigate your report. If you submit a report using the Mitratech Ethics Hotline online tool or by speaking to a live agent, you will be assigned a secure login/password to check the status of the report, and persons at BDO designated to handle your report can continue to communicate with you through the Mitratech Ethics Hotline platform as necessary, all without knowing your identity.
