On September 11, 2025, BDO Canada Limited was appointed by the Court of King's Bench for Saskatchewan (the “Court”) as Receiver of all of the assets, undertakings, and properties of ThreeOSix Industrial Services Inc., 102056994 Saskatchewan Ltd., ThreeOSix Mining Services Inc., and BL Construction Services Ltd. (collectively, the “Debtors”) acquired for, or used in relation to a business carried on by the Debtors. A copy of the Receivership Order is found below.
