Bomet Polymer Inc.

On January 13, 2020, BDO Canada Limited was appointed receiver (the "Receiver") of the assets, undertaking and properties (collectively, the "Property") of Bomet Polymer Inc. ("Bomet" or the "Company") pursuant to an Order of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice.

The Receiver has scheduled a meeting of creditors to, among other things, consider a proposal to the Company's creditors. The meeting of creditors to vote on the proposal will be held on the 26^th day of February, 2020 at 10:00am at the office of BDO Canada Limited, 25 Main Street West, Suite 805, Hamilton, ON, L8P 1H1.

Creditors may vote on the proposal in advance of the meeting by submitting a completed voting letter to Adam Boettger by email, at [email protected], or by fax at (905) 570-0249. Creditors who vote in advance of the meeting are not required to have a representative attend the meeting in-person.

To be entitled to vote on the proposal, a creditor must be a Known Creditor (as described in the Instruction Letter) or must file with the Receiver, before the meeting, a proof of claim in the proper form and, if necessary a proxy.

Creditors will be able to file claims after the meeting, but the claims must be filed and received by the Receiver by no later than May 26, 2020 at 5:00PM EST in order to be eligible to receive a dividend. Any claims filed after May 26, 2020 at 5:00pm EST will be extinguished and forever barred from asserting a claim or interest against the Company.
