On January 13, 2020, BDO Canada Limited was appointed receiver (the "Receiver") of the assets, undertaking and properties (collectively, the "Property") of Bomet Polymer Inc. ("Bomet" or the "Company") pursuant to an Order of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice.
Claims against Bomet which were not filed with the Receiver before May 26, 2020 are extinguished and forever barred from asserting a claim or interest against the Company.
On March 3, 2026, the Court approved the distribution of estate funds as set-out in the Receiver’s Fourth Report to the Court dated February 12, 2026 (the "Fourth Report"). The Receiver is in the process of distributing all funds from the receivership estate. Any distributions that remain uncollected after six (6) months will be considered “undistributed funds”, and addressed in the matter set-out in the Fourth Report. Creditors with inquiries on distributions relating to proven claims must contact the Receiver by September 3, 2026
