("Sertapak") On January 20, 2009 BDO Dunwoody Limited, was appointed as the Monitor of Sertapak under the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act, R.S.C. 1985, c. C-36, as Amended ("CCAA"), pursuant to an order of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List).
