Perimeter Financial Corp.

Perimeter Financial Corp. ("Perimeter") filed a Notice of Intention to Make a Proposal under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act on February 2, 2009 and BDO Dunwoody Limited consented to act as Trustee in the administration of the Proposal. An extension was thereafter granted by the Court further extending the time the Debtor had to formulate a proposal to its creditors to March 20, 2009.

The Proposal and Plan of Reorganization (“Proposal”) to creditors was filed with the Official Receiver on March 10, 2009.The following documents can be quickly accessed by clicking on them:

• formal notice of meeting of creditors;
• Trustee's Report on the Proposal;
• copy of the Proposal;
• Statement of Affairs, including a list of creditors;
• a proof of claim form and general proxy; and
