On the 27th day of September, 2017, the undersigned, BDO Canada Limited, became a Receiver or Receiver/Manager in respect of the property of JHS Fishproducts Canada Ltd. (the “Company”), an insolvent person, that is described below:

  1. All of the Company’s present and after acquired personal property;
  2. Real property located at 39 Stillwater Drive, Tusket, Nova Scotia, also known as 39 Mood Road, Tusket, Nova Scotia (PID #90137324 and 90137324);

The undersigned became a Receiver or Receiver/Manager in respect of the property described above by virtue of being appointed by Nova Scotia Business Inc. (“NSBI”) pursuant to:

  1. A General Security Agreement dated October 13, 2009 in favour of the NSBI as against all of the Company's present and after acquired personal property and all proceeds thereof, subject to a priority agreement in favour of the Royal Bank of Canada with respect to inventory and accounts receivable. The aforementioned security was registered by the pursuant to the Personal Property Security Act (Nova Scotia) on October 27, 2019, by way of a PPSA Financing Statement bearing Registration Number 15924095, and amended on July 7, 2010 by way of Registration Number 16881260;
  2. A Debenture in favour of NSBI as against real property of the Company in the Municipality of the District of Yarmouth, bearing PID 90194663 and 90137324. The security described in this paragraph was registered by NSBI pursuant to the Land Registration Act (Nova Scotia) on November 16, 2009, by way of Document Number 94724979.
