On April 1, 2022, BDO Canada Limited was appointed as receiver (the “Receiver”) pursuant to an order (the “Receivership Order”) of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice Commercial List (the “Court”), to exercise the powers and duties as specifically set out in the Receivership Order with respect to the assets, undertakings and properties of Blugo Enterprise Inc. and Javed Siddiqui (collectively the “Debtor”) acquired for, or used in relation to a business carried on by the Debtor.
