Grain Holdings Inc., 1309497 Alberta Ltd. (o/a W.A. Grain & Pulse Solutions), New Leaf Essentials (West) Ltd., and 1887612 Alberta Ltd. and over certain assets of New Leaf Essentials (East) Ltd.
