Bankruptcy Proceedings
On February 27 2024, Searchfast Systems Limited (“Searchfast” or the “Company”) which operated as Canadian School Book Exchange and BookPower filed an assignment in bankruptcy and BDO Canada Limited was appointed as Trustee of the bankrupt estate.
Any creditor that wishes to participate in and be entitled to vote at the First Meeting of Creditors (“FMOC”) must file a Proof of Claim (including your name, address, contact information) together with documentation in support of your claim amount and a Proxy form, if necessary, and submit it to the Trustee prior to the FMOC

The FMOC will be held on March 28, 2024 at 3:00 p.m. (Toronto time). If you plan on attending the FMOC, please register and submit your proof of claim form by no later than 5:00 p.m. (Toronto time) on March 25, 2024.

Le 27 février 2024, Searchfast Systems Limited (« Searchfast » ou la « Société ») a qui fonctionnait sous le titre d'Échange de livres scolaires canadiens et de BookPower déposé une cession en faillite et BDO Canada Limitée a été nommée fiduciaire de l'actif en faillite.
Tout créancier qui souhaite participer et avoir le droit de voter à la première assemblée des créanciers (« FMOC ») doit déposer une preuve de réclamation (y compris votre nom, adresse, coordonnées) ainsi que des documents à l'appui du montant de votre réclamation et un formulaire de procuration, si nécessaire, et le soumettre au syndic avant le FMOC.
