On December 1, 2023 BDO Canada Limited ("BDO") became Receiver of the following entities (collectively, the Kaladar Gas Group) pursuant to an Order of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (the "Receivership Order") dated November 17, 2023:

1557113 Ontario Inc. operating as Kaladar General Store and Shell gas station in Kaladar, ON;

1870431 Ontario Inc. operating as a Shell gas station in Cloyne, ON;

2500994 Ontario Ltd. operating as an Esso gas station and carwash in Trenton, ON; and

2544924 Ontario Inc. operating as an Esso gas station and carwash in Belleville, ON

The Receivership Order became effective on December 1, 2023 as per the terms of the Endorsement of Justice Osborne dated November 17, 2023.
