On January 15, 2026, pursuant to an Order (the “Order”) of the Supreme Court of British Columbia, BDO Canada Limited was appointed as Receiver of the assets, undertakings, and property Coastal Craft Yachts Ltd. (“CCY”).
On January 21, 2026, pursuant to a General Security Agreement registered in the Personal Property Registry of British Columbia, BDO Canada Limited was appointed as Receiver of the assets, undertakings, and property of Coastal Craft Welded Aluminum Boats Ltd. (“CCB” or collectively with CCY the “Companies”).
The Companies manufacture yachts in Gibsons and Sechelt, B.C. The Receiver has secured the assets (the “Assets”) and is evaluating its options to realize on them. Any party interested in making an offer on the Assets should contact the Receiver.
