On December 23, 2025, 145 Golden Drive Ltd. (“Golden”) was petitioned into bankruptcy pursuant to an Order of the Supreme Court of British Columbia. BDO Canada Limited was appointed as the Licensed Insolvency Trustee.
Golden is a real estate holding company that formerly owned the property located at 145 Golden Drive in Coquitlam, British Columbia.
