On June 8, 2017, the Court of King’s Bench of Alberta (the “Court”) granted an order (the “Consent Receivership Order”) appointing BDO Canada Limited (formerly Hardie & Kelly Inc.) (“BDO”) as receiver and manager (the “Receiver”) over the assets, undertakings, and properties of Ronald C. Witzke Professional Dental Corporation (the “PC”) and Medident Innovations Ltd. (“Medident”).
On June 27, 2018, the Court granted a further order (the “Receivership Order”) appointing BDO as Receiver over the assets, undertakings, and properties of R.C. Witzke Professional Corporation (the “New PC”).
