On December 4, 2020, pursuant to an order of the Court of Queen’s Bench of Alberta, Safeguard Real Estate Investment Fund IV Limited Partnership (“Safeguard IV”) and CEP LP Investment Corp. (“CEP”) (collectively, the “Debtors”) were placed into Receivership and BDO Canada Limited (“BDO”) was appointed as receiver and manager of the Debtors.
