On December 4, 2014, pursuant to an order of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List) (the "Receivership Order"), BDO Canada Limited was appointed as receiver (the "Receiver") to exercise the powers and duties as specifically set out in the Receivership Order with respect to the assets, undertakings and properties of Liquibrands Inc (the "Company").

Sales Process
The Companies' principal assets is with respect to the action commenced by Liquibrands Inc and Sun Pac Foods as plaintiffs. The Receiver shall conduct a sales process with respect to the action with offers to be made on the Receiver's form of Agreement of Purchase and sale (the "APS") which will be provided to the prospective purchaser or purchasers upon contacting the receiver.
BDO Canada Limited, in its capacity as Receiver is inviting offers for the purchase in respect of the action.
