On January 29, 2026, BDO Canada Limited ("BDO") was appointed as Receiver pursuant to an Order of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (the "Receivership Order") over all of the present and future personal property, assets and undertaking of:
- Pesco Gold Inc., which operates a gas station located at 207219 Highway 9, Mono, Ontario, known as the Pesco Property;
- Havelock Pump Ltd., which operates a gas station located at 197 Bellamy Road North, Scarborough, Ontario, known as the Havelock Property; and
- Midland Pump Ltd., which operates a gas station located at 9620 County Road 93, Midland, Ontario, known as the Midland Property.
