On May 23, 2024, BDO Canada Limited was appointed by the Court of King's Bench for Manitoba (the “Court") as Receiver of all of the assets, undertakings, and properties of PADM Group Inc., PADM Medical Inc., and Roswell Downhole Technologies Inc. (collectively “PADM Group") acquired for, or used in relation to a business carried on by PADM Group. A copy of the Receivership Order is found below.
