On June 3, 2026, BDO Canada Limited was appointed as receiver (in such capacities, the “Receiver”) without security, of all of the assets, undertakings and properties of 16002471 Canada Inc. and Hudson Restoration Markham Inc. (collectively, the “Debtors”) acquired for, or used in relation to businesses carried on by the Debtors, including without limitation the lands and premises municipally known as 940 Sheldon Court, Burlington, Ontario (the “Real Property”).
