On September 4, 2025, pursuant to an Order (the “Order”) of the Supreme Court of British Columbia, BDO Canada Limited was appointed as Receiver of the assets, undertakings, and property of DSG Homes Ltd. (“DSG”) and 1096580 B.C. Ltd. (“109” or collectively with DSG, the “Companies”).
109 owns a property at 206-208 13880 Wireless Way, in Richmond, B.C. The Receiver has secured the property and will be listing it for sale. Any party interested in making an offer on the property should contact the Receiver.
