On September 27, 2023, Deloitte Restructuring Inc. was appointed by the Court of King's Bench for Saskatchewan (the “Court") as Receiver of all of the assets, undertakings, and properties of Croft Aggregates Limited (“Croft") acquired for, or used in relation to a business carried on by Croft. A copy of the Receivership Order is found below.

On January 8, 2024, the Court granted an Order substituting BDO Canada Limited in place of Deloitte Restructuring Inc. as Receiver.
