On May 19, 2026, BDO Canada Limited was appointed as receiver and manager, without security, over all of the assets, undertakings and property of Core FSC Lakeshore Limited Partnership (“CLLP”) and Core FSC Lakeshore GP Inc. (“CLGP”) (collectively, the “Company”) pursuant to an Order of the Honorable Justice Black of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice.
