BRR Logistics Limited

On January 31, 2024, BRR Logistics Limited (“BRR”) filed a Notice of Intention to Make a Proposal pursuant to Subsection 50.4(6) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act (the “BIA”) which was affirmed by the Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy on February 1, 2024.

In accordance with Section 69 of the BIA, all proceedings against BRR are hereby stayed.  Accordingly, no creditor has any remedy against BRR or its assets, nor shall it commence or continue any action, execution, or other proceedings for the recovery of a claim.

At this time, there is no formal process in place for creditors to submit a proof of claim.  Further information will be posted if, and when, such a claims process is determined to be necessary.
