On September 17, 2019, pursuant to an order (the Receivership Order) of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (the Court), BDO Canada Limited was appointed as receiver (the Receiver) to exercise the powers and duties as specifically set out in the Receivership Order with respect to the assets, undertakings and properties (the Assets) of Weld Right Corp., 2419439 Ontario Limited and 2361319 Ontario Corp., (collectively the Company) acquired for, or used in relation to a business carried on by the Company.
