On February 12, 2021, pursuant to an order (the “Substitution and Sale Process Approval Order” of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List) (the “Court”), BDO Canada Limited was appointed as substitute receiver (the “Substitute Receiver”) to exercise the powers and duties, including conducting a Court approved sale and investment solicitation process, with respect to the assets, undertakings and properties of 1635536 Ontario Inc. o/a Versitec Marine & Industrial and Versitec Marine USA Inc. (the “Debtors”) acquired for, or used in relation to a business carried on by the Debtors.
