On March 6, 2026 Sleeping Giant Brewing Co. Limited (“SGB”) filed a Notice of Intention to Make a Proposal under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act with the Official Receiver, and BDO Canada Limited consented to act as Trustee in the administration of the Proposal.
