On July 12, 2022, BDO Canada Limited (the “Trustee”) was appointed as Trustee in bankruptcy of Ramel Inc. o/a MTS Logistics International (the “Bankrupt”) by the Ontario Superior Court of Justice.
In accordance with the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, a First Meeting of Creditors will be scheduled within the next three weeks. Once scheduled, our office will serve the appropriate Notice, along with the Bankrupt's Statement of Affairs and a Proof of Claim form. In the interim, the Trustee is seeking to ascertain the status of the Bankrupt's fleet of vehicles, which are subject to multiple security registrations.
