On January 10, 2025, BDO Canada Limited ("BDO") became Receiver of the following entities pursuant to an Order of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (the "Receivership Order") dated October 17, 2024:

- 2661656 Ontario Inc.;
- 2485238 Ontario Inc.; and
- 1000098231 Ontario Inc.
The Receivership Order became effective at noon on January 10, 2025 as per the terms of the Endorsements of Justice Penny dated October 17, 2024 and January 10, 2024.
