On October 5, 2023, Pepco Pipe Services Ltd. filed a Notice of Intention to Make a Proposal. BDO Canada Limited consented to act as trustee under the proposal.
On October 25, 2023, Pepco Pipe Services Ltd. filed a Division 1 Proposal.
On May 27, 2024, the First Meeting of Creditors of the Proposal was held after multiple adjournments. Based on votes in hand, the proposal was deemed to have been voted against. As such, Pepco was deemed bankrupt.
On May 27, 2024, immediately after the meeting of the proposal, the First Meeting of Creditors of the Bankruptcy was held. The Creditors affirmed the appointment of BDO Canada Limited in its functions as Trustee in the Bankruptcy
